The EcoTarium

Moe Soloman and Linda Ziemba developed master plans and designs for all of the interactive exhibits for the EcoTarium, a Center for Environmental Exploration. The master plans reflect three levels of the center. The first level is a water themed exhibit, which includes a water icon, children’ discovery space, curator workshop, fresh water exhibits and a lab. The second level is an urban themed exhibit, which focuses on urban ecology exhibits, urban wildlife, health issues, environmental justice and recycling.

The third level is a mountain themed exhibit, which focuses on New England mountains, a live animal habitat, geology and weather. In addition, Moe created a traveling exhibit for turtles, which focuses on the journey that turtles take through their lives and the dangers they face. The exhibit promotes awareness and measures to help educate people about species of turtles in the world.
